Alison Doody

Alison Doody, born 11 November 1966 in Ireland is an actress and model. Her debut came in a Bond movie, A View to a Kill in the year 1985. In 1989, she played the archaeologist who was sympathetic to Nazis Elsa Schneider in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. The other roles she played include Siobhan Donavan in A Prayer for the Dying (1987) Charlotte in Taffin (1988) and Rebecca Flannery in Major League II (1994). Doody started modeling after being offered by an experienced photographer. The result was an enviable modeling career in the commercial world. Doody tried to stay clear of the glamour of nude roles which was a principle she applied in her acting. If she came to the director's attention in the role in a James Bond film, Doody was offered a small role for a small part in A View to a Kill (1985). Doody's name appeared as a part of John Willis Screen World Vol. 12 which features the most promising new actors of 1986. 38. Doody is only 18 when she portrayed Doody in the film A Prayer to the Dying (1987) which starred Mickey Rourke. Doody is the youngest Bond girl who has a name to her. Later, she appeared as a guest in the medical drama of RTE The Clinic and was set to be the lead actress in a remake of horror classic The Asphyx but the project was later put on hold. Pam Jefferson was her character in the E4 comedy Beaver Falls for two seasons. She was a part of We Still Kill the Old Way which was a film from 2014. The Almeria the tierra de film prize was given to her on November 21 the 21st of November, 2018. In addition, she was awarded an award on the Almeria Walk Of Fame.
